the units are big size with balcony. there is a central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel tv - that's always a plus. the service is great, includes small parking.

I had an amazing stay at a recently opened hotel in Telavi. The unique design and attentive service made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel was clean, with daily towel exchanges, and had a fantastic Georgian wine cellar and cuisine. The location was great, only 5 minutes from Telavi center. The pool area was awesome, with great music playing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s location is convenient to explore the surrounding area; there are two restaurants on site with good quality food; and the breakfast selection is enjoyable. the rooms are clean, well, designed and spacious, whilst the bathroom has the necessary amenities. the pool area is well, maintained. Staff members were generally helpful and attentive.

The service could be improved in some areas. For instance, some guests had to remind the hotel of their late check, out, and staff were not always available to serve guests.

While there was nothing that significantly affected my stay, it would have been nice if the swimming pool was operational in the evenings.

The venue impressed us with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were great, and the massages were relaxing. the garden area was beautiful and perfect for entertainment. the full body massage left us feeling revitalized.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. The traditional decoration was fantastic, and it definitely reflected the local culture. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the excellent breakfast, which was both complete and tasty. the staff were very considerate and kind, and they made sure that everything was cozy and clean.

Sadly, the swimming pool didn't work in the evenings. It would have been great to take advantage of this facility during the best time to go swimming.
